Reservation Policy

​

  • Your reservation is confirmed with receipt of your deposit and completion of your booking form at the time of booking.

  • All balances are due 21 days prior to your arrival

  • You will receive upon booking a confirmation email and guest detail form for you to complete which will help us tailor your holiday to your needs.

  • You will receive visitor information pack including key collection details at least seven days before your arrival. 

  • The price is exclusive for up to six people. This includes the use of hot tub, bathrobes towels, linen and toiletries. 

  • Any discount codes applied at the time of booking must comply to the conditions of the discount. Information on these conditions can be found on the Special Offers page of our website. 

  • Breakages and losses will be charged at cost price.   

  • As the property is in a residential area and to respect our neighbours please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am the following morning. 

  • No parties are allowed.

  • The use of the house is for booked guests only. 

  • Strictly no smoking in the property or whilst in the hot tub. 

  • Please ensure all the furniture is left how you have found it.

Cancellation Policy

Updated 23/11/2022. Any bookings made before this date the previous cancellation policy will apply. If you should require a copy of this than please contact us at contact@baggergatehouse.com.

1. Should you require to cancel your booking you may do so up to 21 days before your arrival. You will be refunded any monies paid minus your 25% deposit charge. Alternatively you can transfer the dates of your holiday to another date, and the deposit paid will be transferred over minus a £50 transfer fee. Any difference in cost between the travel dates will apply. Charges will be waived for any bookings that are affected to any local or national lockdown restrictions (see point 4)

2. All cancellations within 21 days of the arrival date will not be refunded.(see point 4)

3. In the unlikely event of owner cancellation your payment will be refunded in full.

4. As of the 24/02/2022 there is no legal requirement to self-isolate if you test positive for Covid-19. However, we still take the health and well being of all guests seriously so if you or one of your party has tested positive for Covid-19 then we will allow you to transfer your holiday to another suitable date  without any admin costs. Evidence of a positive result will apply. (please note if the cost of your new holiday is more expensive than your original date you will be required to pay any difference in cost).
